To support IT Division AITR role, by overseeing VITA’s KeyStone Edge system to monitor, review and approve as needed.  Responsibilities include but not limited to technical solution review, tracking VITA Communications.  This role is an IT procurement liaison who works with VITA, understanding technology in order to discuss contracts, licenses agreements, maintenance agreements and contracts. Serves as liaison between vendors and our business users/requestors.  

 

This role will also support the IT Procurement team for purchasing IT Goods and Services.  Experience with Requests for Quotes, Requests for Proposals, Invitation for Bids, and/or Requests for Information.  Experience working with Statements of Work. Comprehensive analytical skills and the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively.

Tracking of large purchases through the procurement stages by capturing current statues on a Kanban board and preparing various reports.  

Oversees a wide range of administrative and technical functions necessary for effective office management.   Independently performs all administrative and fiscal tasks with accuracy.  

Soft Skills:  Promoting good customer service to internal & external customers, comprehensive analytical skills (Excel, MS Word) are required.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently, performs a variety of complicated tasks, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
