Complete Description:

- This position will advise leadership on projects and will be assigned critical project tasks, review milestone project results and resolve any technical problems that may occur during the assignment.

- In this position, you will work with Agency and technical personnel to provide application architecture, design, configuration, support, consultation services, and technical hardware/software project support, focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

- In collaboration with your colleagues, you will focus on the accountable and proactive execution of assigned projects, aligning priorities and objectives to client’s needs. 

 

For all areas of service:

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 application configuration, including customizing.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics application architecture and design including the following: Entity creation/build-out, Form/View/Chart designing, Relationship building, Dashboard, plugins, Basic Workflow Creation, and Basic security permission management.

- Experience in using Knowledge Base and smart assist functionalities available in Dynamics 365

- Configure Dataverse and Power Apps while utilizing Azure Data Factory for data migrations.

- Develop integrations with Azure.

- Experience in working with ETL Like Kingsway Soft/Scribe

- Perform solution envisioning and requirements analysis, including capturing requirements from stakeholders and performing fit/gap analysis.

- Experience with full life cycle development of MS Dynamics 365 solutions

- Experience with system configuration and deployments

- Experience in writing custom .NET code, plugin code etc. for high volume contact centers built on the Dynamics 365 platform.

- May participate in the evaluation of products / solutions that could be implemented across the Enterprise.

- Develops project timelines based on scope, business requirements, available resources and technical skills required. Assigns work and conducts progress reviews to ensure the project remains on target.

- Directs the development of criteria to evaluate user applications and determine whether systems can be created using an off-the shelf product or redesigned using newer technologies.

- Provides technical consulting to other agencies in the Commonwealth and recommends specific technologies or software to meet their business requirements.

- Prepares Statements of Work (SOWs) to acquire services, training, and consulting internally or for other Commonwealth Agencies.

- Performs technical research as it relates to application development methodologies, strategies, and new development software and design techniques.

- Develops transition plans, implementation plans and other applications development related documents.

- Consults and coordinates with other organizations which include:

- Integrated Enterprise System

- Other sections of Software platform Services

- Infrastructure and Operations

- Governor’s Office

- Office of Strategy and Management

- Maintains contact with vendors and professional organizations to ensure that the most current practices and techniques are utilized.

- Participates in strategic planning and budget sessions to establish organizational goals, to identify resources, and to define policies and procedures to attain these goals.

- Maintains a good knowledge of policies, procedures, and standards as they relate to Management Directives (MDs), Information Technology Bulletins (ITBs), Enterprise memos, Executive Orders, etc.

- Prepares meeting reports, progress reports and management status reports where required.

- Coordinates, schedules, organizes and conducts meetings, presentations, demonstrations, training and other work-related seminars.

- Be knowledgeable of, adhere to, and contribute to established service management processes and procedures.

- Be knowledgeable of, adhere to, and contribute to established knowledge management processes and procedures.

- Be knowledgeable of, adhere to, and contribute to established digital accessibility regulations and standards.
