- The Scrum Master/Business Analyst candidate will serve multiple roles.

- As scrum master the candidate will be expected to take ownership and drive the teams to success.

- As a quality assurance tester, the candidate will be expected to design, document, and execute test cases.

- As a business analyst, the candidate will be expected to develop, manage, and document systems, applications, and data requirements.

- This role takes the lead in ensuring proper business and technical documentation is written in support of new or existing processes.

- It is essential that the selected candidate has strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.

- The ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner is also essential.
