Role Description:

- Respond to help desk tickets

- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software

- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems.

- Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts) Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.

 

Required Skills

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience

- Must have customer service experience
