ABOUT THE ROLE (*This is NOT an admin role). 

- For the FAS project there is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support the FAS DDI deliverables processing and approvals/rejections from FAS vendor and deliverables from all other MES vendors impacted by FAS DDI to include quality of transfer, storage, and processing of associated deliverables using version control to/from the MES vendors, internal development teams, SMEs, and other contracted companies.

- This position is responsible for maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files; generating and/or posting recurring/ad-hoc status reports and providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff.

- This position assists and works closely with the Information Management and PMO teams, DMAS SME community, along with the MES vendors.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project (s) within the Change Management dept.

- There are literally hundred's of deliverables and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role!

- Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner;  these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.

- Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).

- Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.  

- Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.

- Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.

- Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.

- Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.

- Complete change management requirements/tasks.

- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

- Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.

- Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.

- Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project  documentation is filed and versioned correctly.

- Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.

- Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
