Position Description:

- We are seeking a Prompt Engineer who can bridge business strategy, data analytics, and generative AI to drive measurable outcomes.

- This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just write prompts, but understands how to frame the right questions, structure problems, and turn AI outputs into actionable business insights.

- You will work closely with Product,  Operations, and  Applications teams to design, test, and optimize prompts that power decision-making, automate workflows, and enhance productivity across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Design, iterate, and optimize prompts for LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support analytics, reporting, and business decision workflows

- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured prompt frameworks and AI-assisted solutions

- Build prompt-driven systems for:

- Executive reporting and narrative generation

- KPI tracking and performance analysis

- Customer insights, segmentation, and experimentation (A/B testing)

- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases across different applications

- Evaluate and improve prompt performance using structured testing, feedback loops, and measurable success criteria

- Combine SQL/Python-based analysis with AI-generated insights to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for internal teams

- Communicate AI-driven insights clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership

 

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or data-driven roles

- Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in a professional setting

- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or similar tools

- Experience designing KPI frameworks, dashboards, or executive reporting systems

- Ability to structure problems using hypothesis-driven or consulting-style frameworks

- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

- Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in financial services

- Familiarity with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance optimization

- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

- Exposure to prompt evaluation techniques, guardrails, and output validation

- Background in consulting frameworks (e.g., McKinsey, BCG-style problem solving)
