The requirement will be to be in the office at least 1 day a week through the end of the year and then a min. of 2 days a week next year. 

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Treasury currently issues debt for multiple bond programs.  Each of these issuances results in bond proceeds that need to be paid, on a reimbursement basis, to the various institutions and agencies on behalf of which the bonds were issued.   Because the proceeds are paid on a reimbursement basis, we have a need to track the proceeds and ensure that payments are made in accordance with legislative authority and bond requirements.  As a result, we are developing a new Bond Req. System. 

There are numerous .Net , SQL and other tasks to do such as:
a. Define & Implement Security in the System working with Main user and ISO.
b. External Portal design and coding.
c. SQL Data conversion tasks if needed.
d. Develop help system.
e. Assist in UAT testing.

Proficiency in the following technologies:
- .NET, Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, VBA, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, XML, Web Services, Source Control, Content Management Systems.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle including waterfall, agile and other methodologies
- Experience with OKTA, SAML or single sign-on solutions a plus.

Required / Desired Skills
Development Experience in .NET, Model View Controller (MVC), Entity Framework, SQL - Required 5 Years
Development experience with Single Sign on Solutions such as OKTA, SAML and support of external facing portals. - Required 1 Years
Strong unit and user testing experience in support of business users - Required 2 Years
Interface with ISO to develop approved security architecture - Required 2 Years
UI Experience using CSS with JQuery & JAVAScript - Required 2 Years
Ability to follow Lead and handle multiple tasks and be flexible - Required 1 Years
