Description:

- This entry level role assists management by maintaining project information, preparing reports and dashboards within Service Now, coordinating meetings and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date.

- They will be collecting and analyzing portfolio data to help leadership make informed business decisions.

- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and passion for working with data.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate, and validate project and portfolio data from multiple sources.

- Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards

- Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts and actual expenditures.

- Coordinate project governance meetings, record and track follow-up action items.

- Support portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization activities.

- Perform data validation and maintain information within the portfolio management tool, Service Now.

- Perform analysis and develop summary views utilizing the data to tell a story.

- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate portfolio performance and key metrics.

- Assist with month-end and quarterly reporting activities.

- Support portfolio governance by preparing reporting materials for leadership meetings.

- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.

- Maintain reporting documentation, report definitions and standard operating procedures.

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, management, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Organizational and time management skills.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint ,Outlook, Word, Teams and SharePoint.

- Experience with ServiceNow and GitLab preferred, but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
