Complete Description:
- This key position optimizes VITA's investment in the Multi-Servicing Integrator (MSI) model to deliver IT infrastructure services in a manner that protects and manages risk, maximizes contract value and ensures alignment with VITA's supplier and service strategies.  
- The Senior Commercial Contract Manager is responsible for the day to day management of IT infrastructure contracts and ensure that VITA and supplier(s) meet the requirements of the contractual agreement.  
- This position will serve as the central coordination point for identifying and managing changes to the contract while ensuring effective controls exist to manage any related risks.  
- The Contract Manager is the primary source of detailed knowledge on the IT infrastructure contracts for VITA, and serves as a backup source of detailed knowledge and awareness for other contracts to promote continuity of operations. 
- Ensures new services or modifications to existing terms and conditions are negotiated effectively, with appropriate levels of performance (SLAs) and costs agreed. 
- This position will work collaboratively with other commercial contract managers, VITA service owners, and financial analysts to manage the integrations between all suppliers in the MSI mode

Experience with, and understanding of, technology services contracts and the methods employed to manage them - Required 5 Years
ability to analyze and negotiate high value contracts - Required 5 Years
