The positions will be responsible for User Acceptance Testing within the ELIAS application, specifically within the SSP and AMBS components.  The system helps support accepting applications for TANF, SNAP, and Medicaid within the Self Service Portal (SSP) and determining benefits for Medicaid within the ABMS component.

Key Activities
- User Acceptance testing of our web base applications.
- Creating test case and scenarios based on Worker process guidelines
- Executing and logging the results of the UAT tests
- Logging defects found and retests.

- Confirm that the system/product perform business functions as intended per business requirements   - Required
- Ability to maintain test plans, test scripts, test schedules and test completion reports including adverse test scenarios where required   - Required
- Execute test data, capture pass/fail, work with Sr. UAT Analyst on outcomes   - Required
- Confirm the system upgrades is usable from an end user perspective (operational)   - Required
- Ability to multi-task while effectively managing time and meeting critical deadlines   - Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required   - Required
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint   - Required
