Complete Description:
Will work closely with IT teams and business units to administer and plan access and security control functions for the agency.  
Included in this primary role will be administering access systems, working with business units to grant appropriate access to users, coordination with other IT teams regarding appropriate security and access measures, appropriate end user security training materials and planning for future access system deployments and improvements.  
This position will also serve as a backup administrator for Windows domain authentication systems, Microsoft Office administration, and SharePoint administration.  
Will troubleshoot any and all access related issues by coordinating with other IT staff, business units, and outside entities.  
These functions are performed in the agency’s central office.  

Responsibilities include:
- Administer Courion access request system
- Administer Windows AD access processes
- Work with business units to grant appropriate access for existing and new IWD team members
- Maintain best practices regarding access control and identity management systems
- Coordinate access with other agencies and work with OCIO for IWD staff access to Microsoft and Okta authentication systems
- Maintain IT policies and procedures with industry standard best practices
- Provide audit support for policy and procedure documentation
- Maintain all documentation of IWD access systems processes and procedures
- Maintain access to MS Office resources including email access and global address list population
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written correspondence) in a professional and courteous manner with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Maintain special account access on the domain and other systems as needed to meet security best practices.  
- Plan for access system upgrades to improve customer service and automation
- Develop and continue to improve access administration processes
- Work with training staff and IT staff to develop appropriate IT security training for IWD staff
- Administer Microsoft Office access and licensing
- Administer Microsoft SharePoint access
- Assist with Microsoft Office and SharePoint troubleshooting activities

REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS:  
- Strong knowledge of IT access management procedures [REQUIRED – 4 years]
- Strong knowledge of IT policy and procedure development and maintenance [REQUIRED – 4 years]
- Strong knowledge of IT access processes to maintain appropriate security postures [REQUIRED – 4 years]
- Knowledge of administering Windows AD based access procedures [REQUIRED – 3 years]
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft based access management [REQUIRED - 3 years]
- Knowledge of business staff IT security training methodologies [REQUIRED – 3 years]
- Experience participating in IT security audits and assessments [REQUIRED – 3 years]
- Knowledge of IT Security compliance [REQUIRED – 3 years]
- Knowledge of PowerShell [REQUIRED – 3 years]
- Experience with SharePoint Administration [HIGHLY DESIRED – 3 years]
- Knowledge of Okta Administration [HIGHLY DESIRED – 3 years]
- Knowledge of Change Management procedures and processes [NICE TO HAVE – 3 years]
- Knowledge of other scripting skills [NICE TO HAVE – 3 years]
- Bachelor’s degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science [NICE TO HAVE]
