NJIIS is official state-wide web-based immunization registry that collects and consolidates vaccination data for the New Jersey’s children and adults. 
It consolidates immunization information from all the providers into one record to provide an accurate immunization assessment. 

Complete Description:
System needs upgrades and enhancement for COVID-19 related activities, such as vaccine ordering and tracking, provider and patient registration. 
Enhancement to the current system for increased reporting capacity. Improved design for scalability and interoperable for the data interface between NJIIS and CDC VAMS system using IZ Gateway. 
Resource will work as part of a development team responsible for all COVID-19 related activities.
Candidate should have past experience interfacing with executive stakeholders.
Some BA tasks involve documenting and managing process flow, designing BRDs and crossteam interface.  
Some QA Testing tasks will be to write test plans, scripts and cases.

Required / Desired Skills
Prior experience functioning as both a Business Analyst on an App Dev Team and a QA tester - Required 2 Years
Using JIRA as a business analyst - Required 4 Years
Prior experience with full SDLC - Required 3 Years
Selinium - Desired 2 Years
